In 2012, Overbeck Cottage was awarded the Leslie Johnson Trophy by Ambleside Civic Trust - established to recognise and reward craftmanship in both traditional and modern design. In 2016, Hill House was Commended by the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) in the Alan King Award and Chetham Architecture Design was also voted Best Architects for Conversions and Internal Alterations by BUILD Magazine. In 2018, Rawe Cottage was voted Best Cumbrian Residential Extension Project, and CAD won Best Architectural Design Practice NW England in the Build Architecture Awards. Also in 2018, Chetham Architecture Design was voted Best for Customer Service on Houzz and Best Start Up UK. In 2019, CAD was awarded Boutique Architecture Firm of the Year UK in the LTG Lifestyle Awards, and in 2021 Monkswell Avenue was a finalist in the AT Awards for Excellence in Architectural Technology. In 2023, Chetham Architecture Design was a winner in the Sustainable Building Awards.
