Chetham Architecture Design (CAD) is an architectural practice that can provide the full range of services from conception through to completion. Based in Kendal, Cumbria, CAD aims to provide a more personal service than larger practices in the area.

Services include: measured surveys, sketch designs, planning applications, building regulations and contract administration.

Initial consultation and advice is free of charge on all projects without obligation. CAD takes a personal approach to each commission and clients are guided through each stage of the building process.

CAD has a diverse portfolio of work including extensions, alterations and conversions of buildings throughout Cumbria and the Lake District. CAD is experienced in local planning issues, including Conservation Area and Listed Building Consent.

CAD specialises in bespoke solutions for private clients who want to improve the quality and value of their current property.
